Yoga
is ancient and wonderful exercise--accessible to all--that can help each of us develop a healthy, happy, efficient body along
with alert mind and open heart for the benefit of everyone--or that's the idea, anyway. At Smiling Dog, we seek to create a vibrant, light-hearted atmosphere as well as an oasis from
the "daily grind." We offer a broad yoga program for all ages taught by experienced and creative teachers,
so everyone can de-stress and enjoy their bodies, minds and hearts.
